Q How many animals can I have in my inventory?

A
You can have as many animals in your inventory as you want. If you exceed your service package's storage or bandwidth limits then you will be notified via email to upgrade your service package.
 
Q How many photos can I upload for my animals?

A
You can upload up to 15 photos per animal. Our system will automatically create smaller images (thumbnails) for the photos that you upload so that your website users don't have to load the larger images all at once.
 
Q What kind of animals does your system support?

A
Currently, our system supports canines and equestrians. We are expanding to include many other animals; they will be available in the near future.
 
Q What file types are supported for uploading pictures and logos?

A
JPEG, GIF, and PNG are the only file types that should be used for uploading onto the Internet.
 
Q What if my logo doesn't match any of the themes?

A
Contact BreedTrader at designservices@breedtrader.com, and we will do our best to create a theme more accommodating to your logo. You may also want to consider one of the black and white themes we offer.
 
Q How do I get to the administration area of my site?

A
In order to access your personal administration area, click on the "Administration" link on your homepage and enter your username and password.
 
Q What if I forgot my username and/or password?

A

At the login screen for your site's administration area, click on "Forgot User Name or Password." An email will be sent to the email address on file for your account with the current user name and password.

 
Q What other types of animals will you support in the future?

A
We will soon be supporting cattle, birds, and many other animals.
 
Q Will my website have an e-mail account?

A
Yes. You will have your own e-mail account through your own website. You will set this up yourself through your “Check e-mail/Bandwidth” link located in your “Account” section.

Billing Questions

Q What types of payment do you accept?

A
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We are currently working to accept payment form checking accounts.
 
Q How will I be billed after the initial payment?

A
The credit card that you supply for the initial payment will be billed automatically for the service package your account is set for. You will receive an email invoice confirmation of your order. You will soon be able to update your credit card information from your “Account” area at any time if you wish to change the billing to a different card. You will be billed the amount of your service package monthly.
 
Q What if I want to cancel my account?

A
If you are not satisfied with our inventory system or need to cancel for any other reason, simply contact us toll free at 1-866-999-1925 to verify your identity and one of our helpful representatives will assist you with your account. BreedTrader offers a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied for any reason within the 30 days, we will gladly refund your money.
